Mooli are two sisters cooking food inspired by Pakistan. Their food is a modern take on dishes they grew up eating adapted from recipes passed down to them from their Mum and Nano.
All the food produced by Mooli at SPOT will be free of animal products.
Menu (subject to seasonal availability):
Beetroot and saffron tart with green mango chutney
Gobi Manchurian - crispy cauliflower tossed in Manchuria sauce
Wild mushroom pulao
Cucumber, mooli and lime salad
Date and cardamom cake with butterscotch sauce & creme fraiche
Opt for a 2pm, 2.30pm sitting.
