Led by Paragon, M3 | Make Music Move is an inclusive dance and music programme for those age 18yrs+ with additional support needs. The aim is to encourage movement, creativity and more importantly make friends and have fun! This runs from 2pm - 4pm.

As part of the M3 programme, Paragon also runs SPiN - the junior version of M3 which takes place during the first hour of the M3 session - between 1-2pm. These are aimed at those age 12 - 18yrs old with ASN.

Teas and coffees available for parents/carers.

"Our daughter has been involved with M3 for a few years now and she absolutely loves it! It's a place where she feels like part of the Paragon family and gets to express herself through dance whilst meeting some awesome people. She's also a wheelchair user, which can sometimes put limitations on her but not at Paragon, she is fully included." - Parent
