• Pilates workout with a focus on bone health through weight bearing and bone impact exercises and using small hand weights
• Whole body stretching
• Guided relaxation
• Tea, cake, fruit and chat
• Create your own bespoke essential oils mix to fill a wrist roller to take away with you
This nurturing afternoon of self care is suitable for everyone, including those with no Pilates experience. I would love you to join me!
