If your life is fraught with stress, or if you would like to gain more energy, creativity and clarity throughout the day, learn a meditation technique that is scientifically proven to enhance all these areas and more. Transcendental Meditation is an easy-to-learn technique which is completely effortless, effective and natural. It is practised 20 minutes twice per day sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. It allows us to transcend, or go beyond the surface level of life and our own thoughts to the comfort of our own inner silence – not escaping, but going to a deeper level where the pressures of work, unpaid bills and exams don’t intrude. Balance and clarity are regained and the body experiences profound rest. Health and energy increase making life’s challenges more manageable.

Come and meet the teachers and find out more about Transcendental Meditation and how it can benefit you. It is natural and effortless – what does that mean? It is simple and enjoyable to practice – so why do you need a teacher? How does it dissolve stress, increase mental clarity, creativity and inner happiness?
