Big Feed in the Park returns on the Saturday September 28 and Sunday 29 with a family fun and food extravaganza during the day - before Melting Pot take over on as darkness falls on the Saturday at the stunning Kelvin Way.
Melting Pot Saturday Night at the Bandstand brings Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club for a night of disco classics, while the Big Feed Bairns concept takes centre stage through the day with LOADS of fun kids activities and entertainment included in the price.
Rainbow Twisters and Dream Team Kids top the bill for the wee ones with live performances, face painting and spray on temporary tattoos, and of course a huge range of amazing award winning street food traders, quirky makers market and plenty of choice on the drinks front with everything from our new Pravha beer bar to our cocktail village.
We’ve switched up the format this year on the back of feedback from our first time at this beautiful site in the heart of the West End.
So it’s almost two separate events – Big Feed Bairns takes the helm during the day before Melting Pot take over at night, then Big Feed is back again on Sunday.
The Big Feed day time event runs from 11am to 4pm with a quick break before the late night Melting Pot shenanigans kick off from 5-10pm.
Day time costs £12 for adults, £8 for kids or free for “babes in arms”, with no hidden costs for the entertainment, spray tattoos and so on.
While Melting Pot’s night time Saturday fun is from 5-10pm priced £25 with last entry at 7pm.
