This Teacher Training is a 3-day intensive course (mainly practical with some theory) where you will experience how to be a child again and connect with your inner-child, to be able to work with children and teach them Yoga in a joyful, playful and positive way.
Throughout the training, you will receive the tools and confidence to become a professional Kids Yoga Teacher, as soon as you complete the course. You will receive a fully comprehensive manual for reference for creating sequences and referring back to for inspiration for your teachings. This course is certified by the Yoga Alliance International, YAI, and it qualifies you to teach Kids Yoga anywhere in the world.

> Games and techniques to teach Yoga in a playful way
> Games and techniques to teach Yoga to different age groups
> Yoga Asanas for kids, partner and group
> Breathing and meditation techniques and games
> Group dynamics for kids and teenagers
> Acroyoga basics and Thai Massage sequence for kids
> How to teach Yamas and Niyamas to kids
> How to teach Pranayama to kids
> How to teach Family Yoga
> How to keep and maintain kids' attention during the class
> Basic Yoga techniques for special needs kids
> How to create and sequence your classes
This training will be delivered by Cayetana Rodenas
Caye's Bio:
Founder of Yoga & Kids and international Yoga teacher with more than 18 years of experience.
She has a diploma in Dramatic Art and Dance and has been trained at the Australasian Yoga Institute (Melbourne) and specialized in Children's Yoga with Yogakids (Marsha Wenig) and Radiant Child Yoga Program (Shakta Kaur Khalsa).
She has run her own yoga center in Spain for some years and travelled throughout Europe as a Kid Yoga teacher until she decided to create Yoga & Kids Company with the main goal of teaching adults how to free their hearts in order to transmit, with love and creativity, the benefits of Yoga to children around the world.

The training will be hosted at The Kali Collective Studio, Unit 203, 54 Washington St, Glasgow G3 8AZ.
