Included is a variety of Karl’s oil and acrylic work, including his reputable painted collographic plates and prints he has been crafting for over a decade. A rather unique process; he draws with a knife, cutting into card, paints with various pigments in shellac and finally uses the painting as a printing plate. The printing process finishes his paintings, adding line and tone.
The works draw you in using representation and abstraction to capture the essence of people and places.
Both hand-pressed prints and paintings, as well as gift cards will be available from the Art Lover’s shop from the 12th of October.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
