Parents and carers with young babies this is for you!
The arrival of a new baby can turn your world upside down and now more than ever
it is essential that you devote a little time each week to yourself. The RSNO Buggy Choir is the perfect way to do this, with no need to find childcare.
At our weekly singing session, new parents can join together in a relaxed environment, with babies in tow, to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits of singing.
Group singing is proven to boost emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as improve confidence and mood.
Join us on Monday afternoons at Adelaide Place in Glasgow City Centre.
The sessions are open to all parents/carers of babies under 1 year. Forget nursery rhymes and children’s songs, the music we sing will be chosen to appeal to the grown-ups in the room (but we’re sure the babies will enjoy listening too!)
Sessions operate on a pay-what-you-feel basis.
To book your place at a session, please visit rsno.org.uk/buggy or for more details, email engage@rsno.org.uk. Sessions operate on a pay-what-you-feel basis.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
