On Wednesday 22nd January it’s time for another instalment of Blackfriars’s weekly Wednesday comedy night, Just One More Laugh. Featuring (and curated by) Darren Connell, this lineup packs some serious talent with Christopher Macarthur-Boyd, Mark Black and host Amelia Bayler
Christopher Macarthur-Boyd has been seen on Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, Comedy Central Live and BBC New Comedy Awards, and heard on the Enjoy An Album, Some Laugh and Here Come The Guillotine podcasts. He’s tour support of choice for Frankie Boyle and Susie McCabe.

Darren Connell is an acclaimed actor and comedian from Springburn, Glasgow. He’s best known for his role as Bobby in BBC Scotland’s hit comedy Scot Squad, for which he was nominated for a BAFTA. Since being persuaded by Kevin Bridges to take up comedy full time, he’s been in high demand both on and off screen, having sold out shows at comedy festivals, hosted popular podcasts and been nominated for awards.

Hosting the show is Scottish Comedy Awards finalist Amelia Bayler. As featured on BBC Short Stuff, Channel 4 Sparks and BBC Sounds.
