About Bute Highland Games
The Bute Highland Games is back to being held on it's usual date this year, on Saturday 23rd August 2025. It promises to be an exciting day with running races for juniors and a 10K road race for adults, Highland Dancing Competition, wrestling plus the incredible skills of the Heavies - tossing the caber, our talented junior shinty athletes and the toe tapping, hand clapping thrill of the Pipe Bands. Something for everyone and great family fun!
You will find plenty to watch, do and browse with a packed programme, various stalls, children's activities, local produce and delicious food.
Book your tickets in advance to save time and money. Ten percent discount is available on all ticket prices to everyone booking through the on-line Eventbrite platform before midnight on 31st May 2025. Why not treat yourself to Patron tickets and enjoy the Patron's tent, with complimentary tea, coffee & squash, a dedicated bar, facilities and seating.
