London-based collective Yuuf bring their psychedelic, soulful grooves to The Hug and Pint on Monday 26th May!

About Yuuf

Yuuf is Anthony Boatright on bass, Hugo Cottu on guitar, Oliver Overgaard on drums, and Andrin Haag on handpan and percussion. The sound of Yuuf is rooted in a deep desire to explore new sounds and textures informed by classic soul, psychedelia and music from around the world. Yuuf draws inspiration from acts such as Khruangbin, Donnie and Joe Emerson, and Mac De Marco.

Yuuf signed with the label Blik Flak with their first EP *In The Sun. *The EP was released on the 7th of June 2024 and has been played on KEXP, KRCW, WYEP, BBC Radio 6 Music, and DRP8 among many others.

Yuuf's first three headline shows sold out well in advance, between 10 days to two months prior. Yuuf have also performed at Pizza Express Holborn, LaFayette, Sofar Sounds, Hotel Cecil, and other venues around London, the UK and Denmark.
