Wondering how to decide whether a book's for you? Here's some ideas...
1) Read the blurb on the back
2) Read, watch or listen to a review
3) Speak to your local library, or someone who's read it
4) Consider if the key topics are ones you feel up for
5) Remember you can stop reading at any time
