After a well deserved break, members of Ayr Choral are preparing for going on tour to Glasgow for a concert in St Mungo's Cathedral!
About On Tour at the Cathedral
The programme for the free informal afternoon concert on Saturday May 24th includes music by Rachmaninov, Jonathan Dove, James MacMillan, Philip Cooke, and a miscellany of traditional Scottish Music. The Concert starts at 3pm in this historic and awe inspiring building. Andrew MacTaggart and Jenna Martin will conduct the choir supported by Andrew Forbes, Director of Music at Glasgow Cathedral, and Dida Condria, prize winning pianist.
