We’re excited to welcome you to Scotland’s biggest celebration of Yoga – a day for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to come together in the spirit of health, harmony, and inner peace.
From Yogis of all ages earning their Surya Namaskar medals to group yoga sessions, meditation workshops, and cultural celebrations – #ScotlandsYogaDay is all about movement, community, and connection.
