Join REBEL YOGA at House of Toad, in Glasgow's stunning Park Circus, for a wholesome afternoon of mindfulness and self care, movement, breath work and meditation followed by an informal natural wine tasting to enjoy and explore alongside thoughtfully paired snacks.
All experience levels welcome. Mats and props available to borrow. Good vibes guaranteed!
