The workshop will consist of a short talk about the history of printing and its role in spreading propaganda during the Scottish Witch Trials, followed by the opportunity to design and create your own lino relief print inspired by 16th century woodcuts of witches.
-Learn about the history of relief printing and how it helped spread beliefs about witchcraft
-Design your own print inspired by 16th century woodcuts
-Learn how to carve and print a lino block
No previous experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided!
