About Laser Tag Experience: Operation Outbreak - Zombie Containment
This July, The Garage nightclub and venue in Glasgow is being transformed into a high-intensity, laser-lit combat zone for Operation: Outbreak, a thrilling new laser tag event themed around a zombie containment crisis. Inspired by post-apocalyptic survival scenarios and immersive live-action gaming, the event promises a unique entertainment experience right in the heart of Glasgow.
Running daily from 12th to 18th July 2025 - 12 PM to 10 PM - the event features games every 20 minutes inside a specially designed indoor arena filled with atmospheric effects, including smoke, strobe lighting, and a cinematic soundtrack that plunges participants into the heart of a zombie outbreak scenario.
Step into a post-infection world and fight your way through the outbreak — if you dare!
“We’re excited to launch Operation: Outbreak as a brand-new concept that combines live event production with interactive gameplay,” said Christie Oliver, Marketing and Events Manager at The Garage. “Expect smoke, strobes, music, and mayhem — all in a safe, all-weather venue designed to thrill.”
Whether you're assembling a squad, looking for an unforgettable family day out, or planning a unique school holiday activity, Operation: Outbreak delivers adrenaline-fueled action for all ages. With over 29 game sessions daily, participants can book multiple rounds, and refreshments will be available on-site.
This laser tag event ties directly into Operation: Outbreak’s bold visual campaign, as seen in the official poster, which depicts players and zombies locked in a high-stakes battle for survival — setting the tone for the immersive experience ahead.
