About Mantra Dance
A live band plays mantra music. The audience are asked to be fully present with the sound, leaving aside distractions internal and external.
Mantra meditation has been proven in clinical trails to improve mental health, reduce stress and improve many other factors. Learning to pronounce and repeat these ancient sanskrit mantras enhances the experience and beneficial effects.
Having entered a trance like state, many people feel invigorated and as the tempo increases spontaneous dancing further immerses participants in the ecstasy.
Mantras are amazing healing sounds from the mystical east.
