Braised Tender Beefsteak with root vegetables in a rich port jus, topped with shortcrust pastry
Roast Bacon-Wrapped Turkey stuffed with brie, served on a black pepper cream
Forest Mushroom Pepperonata with garlic & thyme, haricot beans & Prosociano crust (VE)
All mains served with seasonal vegetables & potatoes
Desserts:
Rich Chocolate Tart with champagne syrup (v)
Athol Brose topped with crushed meringue & strawberry compote (v)
