This immersive session is open to all — no experience needed. Let waves of acoustic sound (gongs, bowls, bells and chimes) gently guide you into stillness in a calm, light-filled space at Skypark.
What to bring:
A mat and blanket if you have them (we’ve got a few spares), warm layers or socks, and water if you'd like.
