Through simple yoga poses, partner stretches, storytelling, songs, and calming breathwork, we’ll explore movement in a way that nurtures both the body and the bond between you and your child. Each class gently weaves in mindfulness and emotional awareness, helping little ones build confidence, develop resilience, and learn tools to support calm, all while having fun.
It’s not about getting the pose ‘right’ — it’s about connection, play, and co-regulation.
