Hailed by The Washington Post as “extraordinarily sensitive – nothing less than rapturous,” world-renowned classical guitarist Lorenzo Micheli returns to the UK with Capriccio — a solo recital spanning three centuries of bold, expressive music. From Paganini’s fiery sonatas to the poetic reverie of Barrios’ La Catedral, Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s vivid tributes, and Micheli’s own transcriptions of Chopin’s Preludes, this is a rare chance to hear one of the finest guitarists of his generation.
