Alexander Technique is an evidence based, mind/body practice that has been helping people since the early 1900s.

This 4-week course will be a fun and interactive introduction to the Alexander Technique for anyone and everyone who might be interested! Each week will involve group activities and discussion that will explore moving with less tension, grounding and finding calm.

There is space for 6 people on this course. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions.
