It does what it says on the tin! Join Raymond Mearns and special guests for an engaging and therapeutic comedy event that explores the 14 signs of stress, where it comes from, what it looks like, and how to manage it more effectively.
Through humour and personal insight, this session offers a fresh perspective on mental wellbeing, blending lived experience with practical advice. Expect laughter, honesty and connection as performers share their own stories and strategies for coping with stress.
