About Festive Baking Masterclass
We know how much you love the cakes and bakes served up in the Art Lover’s Café – and now we’re inviting you behind the scenes for a special festive edition of our baking masterclass, led by our brilliant Pastry Chef, Helena Robertson.
Helena, the creative mind behind so many of your favourite sweet treats, will take centre stage to share her skills, tips and a sprinkle of Christmas magic in this hands-on workshop. Whether you’re looking to impress your guests over the holidays or simply want a cosy, creative day out, this class is the perfect way to get into the festive spirit.
During the session, you’ll learn how to:
• Decorate festive gingerbread men
• Make a warmly spiced apple & cinnamon sponge topped with maple icing
• Bake traditional mince pies from scratch – a must for any festive table!
After the class, relax with a delicious afternoon tea and a glass of fizz. You’ll be welcome to enjoy your own creations as part of your tea – or take them away to share (or keep!) at home.
