Join Gill from àile holistic at our SPOT Festive Workshop Series for a festive aromatherapy workshop where we’ll blend, create, and connect through the art of aromatherapy. Here you'll create a bespoke aromatherapy perfume, plus a further bespoke item. Step away from the crowds and take a mindful pause in the midst of the market bustle.
In this sensory, hands-on session, you’ll explore seasonal scents and be guided through the process of blending your own therapeutic perfume, using high-quality essential oils chosen to balance and support you through the darker months. Discovering the beauty and power of aromatherapy, how each scent can influence not just your mood and emotions, but also the way your body feels and responds. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to scent and the confidence to create blends that become nurturing tools and rituals in daily life.
You’ll make two bespoke creations – a therapeutic perfume (for yourself or someone you love) and your choice of either a second perfume, an ambience mist or restorative bath salts. For those drawn to a little extra magic, there’ll be optional intuitive card pull to inspire your blend.
And to quite literally wrap things up, you’ll finish by dressing your creations in beautiful wrapping - tissue, ribbons, botanicals, and a touch of festive sparkle, ready to slip straight under the tree.
Seasonal herbal tea, mulled wine, and festive nibbles will be served throughout to keep things cosy and cheerful as we slow down, get creative, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something with intention.
Workshop Includes:
Guided scent blending with a focus on festive and restorative oils
Two bespoke creations: therapeutic perfume + your choice of mist or bath salts
A selection of elegant wrapping materials
Optional intuitive card pull
Seasonal tea, mulled wine & festive snacks
There are 2 sessions available for you to book into:
11.15am - 1.15pm (14 people)
2pm - 4pm (14 people)
