This Adult Master Class is taught by Elzane Louwrens who is the Head Chef of The Champagne Lounge & Restaurant at the Market Street Hotel in Edinburgh. Elzane will take you through all the stages of the dishes as you prepare them and then you can enjoy sitting down at a candle-lit table to enjoy your creation and a glass of wine with the other class participants.
Come to our Sri Lankan themed cooking class on 24 Mar 2026 to learn some dishes from this newly popular cuisine. Sri Lankan cuisine is a diverse and flavorful food tradition featuring bold spices, coconut, and rice. Influenced by its history, Sri Lankan food incorporates elements from South India, the Netherlands and Portugal.
This class is taught by Rukshan Weeraratne, the chef behind the fantastic new ventures of Kofi Kade and Fed in Glasgow's Southside.
These events are BYOB and we'll send an email nearer the time to give some recommendations of wines that would suit from our in-house Sommelier.
