Commando X Fit Functional training facility is a gym like no other! We are not like you commercial gyms, we have no running machines, you are never left to figure it out for yourself. We aim to give you the tools to build a fitter stronger faster you.

We run classes all day 7 days a week such as Functional fitness, Spin, Insanity, Commando Pump, Strength training, HIIT, Coaches workout, Mums classes and many more.
Plenty of space and weights for you to do your own workouts if you wish or even take up one of our Commando Challenge; Not for the faint hearted.

If you are looking for something special, something that will push you to that next level then this is it!
