Our dedicated team of clinically trained Nuffield Health experts are on hand to support you, ensuring you reach your fitness goals.

When you join our Glasgow Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, you'll experience the unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan.

Your journey with us starts with our clinically approved Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. You'll then carry out a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having your second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score in your second MOT you're free to leave with no obligation.

With us you also have in gym access to a range of specialists; health mentors, wellbeing advisors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, personal trainers, and physiologists.
