First Psychology Centre, Glasgow are a friendly psychology centre offering a range of therapies including: counselling, psychotherapy, CBT - cognitive behaviour therapy, couples counselling, relationship counselling, EMDR for trauma, and coaching. All our therapists are highly skilled and experienced in helping clients with a range of issues including anxiety, low-mood and depression, phobias, anger management, trauma, eating disorders, abuse, relationship difficulties, bereavement and many many more issues.

We operate clinics during the day and also some evenings. We also offer telephone and email counselling for those who may find it difficult to come to therapy on a regular basis (although this is only suitable for some clients).
