Glasgow Print Studio was founded in 1972 to provide facilities and workshop space for printmakers. Now, as an internationally acclaimed centre of excellence in fine art printmaking, it promotes contemporary and innovative printmaking through practice, development, exhibition, learning and conservation.
Glasgow Print Studio is the longest standing tenant of the building that is now Trongate 103, having moved there in 1988 and as such has a long history with the project. Trongate 103 presents Glasgow Print Studio with vastly enhanced facilities over 3 floors, with retail gallery at ground floor leading up into the first floor main gallery and second floor workshops.
