This is a free class suitable for ages 16+.
Perfect for total beginners that want to learn how to swing a sword. This class introduces students to historical European Martial arts. This class informs you of what HEMA is and the different sword disciplines taught at the centre.
Taking you through the basic steps and body mechanics, terminology, methods and practices that are common to all sword arts. Showing the study material for the various different sword disciplines and taking students through some basic non-contact sword drills.
Tuesday evenings from 6pm until 7.45pm
