Our outreach work takes the form of one-off workshops, class blocks, training events/continued professional development, tailored projects or special performances. Classes are a charge of £4.00 drop in.

Dance Classes for Adults with Diverse Abilities
This weekly creative session adopts a person-centred approach to dance, using music and props to assist. Working individually, in small groups or as a whole class, participants have the opportunity to explore dance in a safe and friendly environment. The emphasis is on sharing and having fun!

‘Express yourself through dance’
These classes are for adults with diverse abilities, carers, key workers & family members, so come and join us in expressing and exploring our bodies through dance and music.You will be given the freedom to experience, explore and create movement together.

The sessions will be in a safe and fully inclusive environment. They will be led by two of our experienced staff who will guide every individual in developing their creative skills and find new ways in which your body can move. These classes are fun, enjoyable, great to keep fit and meet new people.
