LEVEL 1 YOGA (YIN-YANG)
THURSDAY – 09.30-10.30
This class is suitable for beginners or those with some yoga experience. We start with long held, meditative yin poses to relax and calm the nervous system, before moving on to a more dynamic (Yang) practice, helping build strength and stability in the body.
LEVEL 1 YOGA (GENERAL)
FRIDAY – 09.30-10.30
This is a general class suitable for beginners or those with some yoga experience. All levels of fitness are welcome. You will learn techniques that will help you to increase your strength and stamina, release tension, improve your breathing and reconnect to your body.
A yoga class for all abilities. A Vinyasa Flow and Yin based yoga class shaped to individual needs.
