Why infant massage?
• Help relieve your little of colic constipation and wind.
• Learn how to understand your babies behaviours, cries and body language.
• Reduce stress and promote relaxation for both you and the little one.
• Share a lovely bonding experience with this time specially carved out for you and your baby to connect.

Those are just some of the many benefits of infant massage.

Classes run by a fully certified infant massage instructor, trained with the International Association of Infant Massage with 9 years experience.
We would love to welcome you to our relaxed and friendly class where your instructor will teach through the use of a demonstration doll the strokes of massage while you massage you little one. Massage handouts and oils are provided. There will be a massage mat available at the classes and we ask that you bring your own towel and blanket for your little one. Class duration is approx 1 hour.

Class sizes are very small with each parent and child having their own designated space to participate safely in line with current COVID 19 guidelines. Please do visit our website for full information and bookings.
