I am a yoga teacher and personal trainer as well as qualified massage therapist. I believe in a balance of health and fitness and have the skills and qualified experience to help you on your road achieve both. I offer one-to-one sessions, group classes in fitness and yoga. I also offer a mix of gentle, relaxing massage or deep tissue, remedial massage. Using a mix of techniques and making sure it fits in with your current goals, we will agree a treatment plan that best suits you.
