Yoga with Lucie in tune with the changing seasons: enjoy a mix and range of classes from shorter gentle flows to longer classes that go deeper and challenge. I offer a range of practice from seasonal flow yoga to breathwork and meditation and nidra, so body and mind are limber and calm.
Seasonal Yoga & Qigong: 75 & 45 minutes: Stretch and strengthen your body and calm your mind in tune with the changing seasons. Mindful seasonal qigong to harness and optimise energy flow, enjoyable warm ups and detailed instruction on postures in a flowing sequence, working with the breath, with particular focus on those beneficial for each season. Classes are a blend of vinyasa flow yoga and mindful movement (including qigong, feldenkrais according to season). You can play your own music or follow my Spotify playlist
75 minute class ends with a seasonal yoga nidra, inspired by nature and key seasonal aspects, created afresh in class each week. There is now a dedicated weekly Yoga Nidra class offering sanctuary and rest, so you emerge refreshed, energy restored.
Suitable for those with an established practice (1 year+) or beginners with active lifestyles. If you're unsure whether a class is for you, do get in touch or come and try a class.
Gentle Yoga, Yoga nidra and Breathwork & Meditation classes are all suitable for complete beginners, including desk junkies, tired parents, sporty folks, unsporty folks, young and old, especially those who can’t touch their toes or have trouble sleeping and those wishing to rekindle their passion for yoga! These offer a broad yet potent practice for body & mind, so we are calmer and more flexible.
