The King's Theatre Glasgow and First Family Entertainment are proud to present Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for only the second time in the history of the King’s traditional pantomime. Scottish comedy legend Gregor Fisher leads a cast of family favourites in his anticipated return to the King’s panto from Friday 4 December 2015 until Sunday 10 January 2016.

Gregor Fisher first starred as a robber in Babes in The Wood alongside Rikki Fulton and Jack Milroy in 1981. Over three decades later the Rab C. Nesbitt star is thrilled to be adding another string to his vest in the role of Hector the Henchman: "It's a privilege to be part of this Christmas tradition once again at the beautiful King's Theatre. Returning to pantomime is a slightly daunting but exciting prospect. It’ll be a challenge but it's all worthwhile when you hear the audience's reaction and kids laughing, or booing. I'm looking forward to playing the Henchman and working with Juliet Cadzow as the Wicked Queen - we'll be a devilish duo not to be messed with, Mwaa-ha-ha!"

Gregor Fisher is best known to TV audiences for his role as Rab C. Nesbitt in the BBC sitcom and as The Baldy Man in the ITV series. Both characters derived from the comedy sketch show Naked Video. Gregor also starred as the title role in The Tales of Para Handy alongside Rikki Fulton whom he had previously worked with on hit sketch show Scotch and Wry. Gregor's film credits include Love Actually, The Merchant of Venice and Wild Target. Gregor is also recognised for his portrayal of Mr Bumble in the BBC's mini-series Oliver Twist. Most recently he played a 100 year old diabolical grandmother in the National Theatre of Scotland's Yer Granny and has been spotted filming the remake of the 1949 Ealing comedy Whisky Galore.

Capital FM presenter Des Clarke is on hand to lead the festive fun and games as loveable rogue Muddles. 2014 was a remarkable year for Des which included hosting the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony, compèring at the MTV EMA Awards, all topped off with a King's panto season as Starkey the Pirate in Peter Pan. This year Des has been touring a full-length version of his 2014 Edinburgh Fringe sell out show The Trouble with Being Des, before returning to the King’s panto for his fourth consecutive year.

Juliet Cadzow, known for playing bus driver Edie McCredie in BBC television series Balamory, has swapped checking wing mirrors for a magical looking glass fit for a Wicked Queen. Juliet is no stranger to the King's panto having starred in the 1998 production of Sleeping Beauty followed by Cinderella in 2005. Other numerous credits include Panto, Pie and a Pint; Rab C. Nesbitt; Wedding Belles; and Thicker Than Water for which she was BAFTA nominated as Best Actress.

‘Mirror Mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?’ That would be King’s panto regular Jenny Hayley-Douglas as the beautiful Snow White. At the age of 18 Jenny became one of the semi-finalists for Andrew Lloyd Webber's search for Dorothy in the BBC 1 Programme Over The Rainbow. Since then she has toured with the UK/International tour of We Will Rock You playing Meat and starred in King’s pantomimes - Cinderella, Aladdin, Peter Pan and for the fourth consecutive year Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Jenny is currently studying a Masters in Musical Theatre at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has recently starred in their Fringe Festival Trilogy; Under the Ground, Urinetown and Willy’s Bitches.

Emerging vocalist Allan Jay plays the dashing Prince Lorenzo. Allan is signed to Energise Record and his most recent single I Go to Pieces reached No.5 in the EuroDance Charts. His numerous theatre credits include Boogie Wonderland (UK Tour), 12 Tenors (European and American Tour) and Wonderful West End (UK Tour). Allan’s extensive dance experience has led to television appearances, most recently performing on Channel 4's The Last Leg, and he is now resident choreographer for Perform UK and A Performance With working alongside West End stars. Last year Allan choreographed and starred as a pirate in Peter Pan at the King’s, this panto season he is delighted to be returning as part of the main cast.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is written and directed by Eric Potts, choreographed by Ian West, with lighting design by John Tapster and musical direction from Pamela McLennan.
