Glasgow’s first Sushi Stop is another fantastic addition to the centre’s already extensive food offering at The Atrium.
Sushi Stop serves quick, made-to-order sushi, with firm favourites from dumplings to summer rolls also featuring on the menu amongst other traditional Japanese dishes.
The family friendly restaurant also offers a range of delicious desserts and unusual drinks, including Matcha Milk Tea, a powdered green tea known for its health benefits, which has enjoyed success in the brands Edinburgh outlet.
Sushi Stop joins the great range of family favourites currently available in The Atrium, including Nando’s, Pizza Hut, Greggs, McDonalds and Kimbles.
Anne Ledgerwood, general manager of St. Enoch Centre said: “St. Enoch Centre is focused on providing a quality and varied offering to satisfy our range of shoppers, and Sushi Stop seems to have all this wrapped up in one. The Atrium is the largest food court in Scotland, attracting three million people to the centre for food every year and with the addition of restaurants such as Sushi Stop, we’re sure this will only increase.”
