The perfect spot for sipping cocktails and taking in Glasgow’s skyline, VEGA’s brand new drinks menu launches just in time for those sun-kissed spring nights - whether you’re looking for celebratory bubbles, a post-work wind-down wine or a simply stellar cocktail.
Named after the brightest star in the sky, VEGA’s offering is out of this world as the all-in-one venue serves up everything from out of this world cocktails, monthly Disco Brunches, the best DJs Glasgow has to offer and even a ten-pin bowling alley.
Expertly crafted by the venue’s bartenders, the fresh cocktail menu for spring features new tipples including the Nu-Stellar, a sweet concoction consisting of Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Mozart dark chocolate liqueur, Frangelico and vanilla syrup - sweet as candy!
The refreshing Astro Cooler features Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger gin, strawberry syrup, lime, mint and lemonade, making it perfect for sunset drinks this summer in VEGA’s floor to ceiling window setting. The new cocktails just keep coming with everybody’s favourite Porn Star Martini, as well as the VEGA Mai Tai containing Havana Especial, Gosling's Black Seal Rum, Cointreau, lime and sweet pineapple.
If you’re feeling spring sophistication, try out VEGA’s new Sweet Strike, a delicious blend of Disaronno Amaretto, Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Liqueur and orange juice, or opt for the Orange & Honey Sour with its tangy mix of Grey Goose Orange, Cazcabel Honey Tequila and lime.
Fans of VEGA’s signature cosmic cocktail Red Dust don’t need to worry, as the Absolut raspberry, elderflower and prosecco drink remains on the menu, complete with a sprinkling of red dust - straight from outer space. Alternatively, if you’re searching for a non-alcoholic drink this summer that still gives you that superior cocktail feeling, try out VEGA’s refreshing Mojo Redux with mango, mint, apple and lime swizzled with soda.
The rooftop venue also includes a fine selection of lager and beer, with Heineken, Birra Moretti and Peroni on the menu alongside fruity ciders and pale ales.
Serving up heavenly cocktails with a view of the city’s skyline this spring, VEGA occupies the entire seventh floor of YOTEL Glasgow, bringing a varied selection of activities to the city centre whether it’s showing your competitive streak in a game of ten-pin bowling, or dancing the night away with the city’s best DJs.
