Thrown Bouquet – an Italian twist on an old-school Italian classic, The Casino. Featuring Beefeater London Dry Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Amaro Montenegro, topped with Lemonade this delightful highball is as refreshing as it is aesthetically pleasing.
Red Balloon – our twist on the classic Daiquiri which combines Havana three rum, lavender syrup, strawberry liqueur, lime, and egg white to create this perfectly balanced sip.
Follow your Dreams – this smokey alternative to the margarita offers a deliciously balanced cocktail which features a combination of Olmeca tequila and smoked Illegal Mezcal, paired with lime juice, cranberry, and fresh basil.
Kissing Coppers – a herbaceous twist on the classic Aviation cocktail blending the Italian bitter Cynar aperitif with Malfy dry gin, lemon, crème de Violette liqueur, passionfruit, and cherry brine.
Bomb Hugger – this fruity highball features Boe Pink strawberry vodka, bramble liqueur, cranberry, lychee, and passionfruit, finished off with fresh blackberries.
Each cocktail is £10 each and available until 28th August. Amongst the new dishes on the menu, you’ll find a Gamberi in Guazzetto, a king prawn dish cooked in a fresh tomato, garlic and basil broth garnished with paprika crumble topping. Follow with a Raviolo Burro and Salvia, a house-made ravioli filled with fresh ricotta and Tuscan cheese mix with basil and sage cream. The Tagliata di Manzo is bound to be a hit with sliced 30-day aged Angus beef fillet drizzled with Banca di Roma’s gorgonzola cheese sauce garnished with fresh chicory.
Take a seat on the stunning steps of Banca di Roma’s alfresco seating, in the mesmerising restaurant interior or the beautiful upstairs bar just don’t miss the brand-new collection.
