To mark the anniversary milestone, VEGA has announced a series of vibrant events including a Notting Hill Carnival-inspired brunch and special offers that encapsulate memorable days out that has defined the venue since its opening in 2021.
‘Three is the magic number’ as VEGA invites guests to join in the birthday festivities from Monday, July 22. Everyone dining at VEGA during the celebration weekend will be treated to complimentary birthday cake, making their dining experience even sweeter. Additionally, guests can enjoy exclusive birthday promotions including half-price bowling and a 'three for two' deal on selected sides and snacks. These offers will be running all week, providing plenty of opportunities for guests to join in the anniversary festivities.
The highlight of VEGA’s anniversary celebrations will take place on Saturday, August 24, with a Notting Hill Carnival-inspired The Brunch Project. Taking inspiration from the legendary London Carnival, guests will be transported to the Caribbean without leaving Glasgow. Experience VEGA's summer bank holiday transformation into a colourful Carnival paradise, courtesy of Bounty Rum, embodying 'The Spirit of Carnival'.
Complete with DJs, musicians, bunting, whistles, and feather-clad bejewelled dancers bringing the sounds and flavours of Saint Lucia streets to the city. The exclusive event will also feature a tantalising menu of brunch dishes infused with Caribbean flavours, and accompanied by calypso cocktails with Bounty Rum.
Priced at £45, The Brunch Project: Carnival includes a brunch dish of your choice, welcome snacks, two arrival cocktails with Bounty Rum, and a half bottle of Bottega Prosecco for DIY Bellini building with fruit purees.
Neil Taylor, YOTEL Glasgow General Manager, commented: “VEGA’s third anniversary is a celebration of our continued dedication to providing exceptional entertainment and dining. We’ve become a key player in Glasgow’s social scene, and we invite you to join us in this special milestone celebration.”
