Whether you're popping in for a weekday lunch, planning a pre-show meal, or sipping cocktails in the early evening sun, NORTH has something for every occasion. The new light bites menu offers three plates for £21, featuring flavour-packed options such as crispy salt and pepper king prawn tempura, sticky teriyaki cauliflower, smoky chipotle popcorn chicken, and spiced haggis bonbons.
Guests can also explore an all-day menu that blends classic Celtic (Scotland and Irish) comfort food with global inspiration. Highlights include braised beef with red wine jus, vegan ‘fish’ and chips made with crispy banana blossom, roasted cauliflower with Mediterranean couscous, grilled honey and chipotle chicken skewers with spiced rice, flatbread, and an Asian-style slaw, alongside a lineup of classic burgers, pastas, and artisan pizzas.
Brunch is now served every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, offering a relaxed and flavorful start to the weekend. Dishes include a smoky breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, Emmental cheese, and sriracha, classic smashed avocado toast, Eggs Florentine, buttermilk pancakes, and the ultimate Scottish morning roll with square sausage and a tattie scone.
Whether you're catching up with friends or easing into your weekend, brunch at NORTH is the perfect excuse to slow down and indulge.
And, just in time for summer, North has launched an inventive cocktail list packed with seasonal creativity. From the Strawberry & Cream Negroni with vanilla cold foam to the smoky Grilled Pineapple Penicillin, made with Glengoyne whisky, there’s something for everyone.
For a lighter refreshment, try the fresh and floral Apple & Elderflower Collins, featuring St. Germain, cloudy apple and lemon or the Sarti Spritz, made with Sarti Rosa aperitif, rosé Prosecco, and soda - ideal for aperitivo hour.
