Fayre Play launches outrageous burger for World Funfair Month
Glasgow's competitive socialising hotspot Fayre Play is turning up the heat this autumn with the launch of its most outrageous creation yet – The Big Dipper.

Available as part of World Funfair Month, the fairground-inspired burger features a smashed Angus beef patty, cheddar cheese and sweet chilli jam, all stacked inside a glazed doughnut bun, topped with candyfloss and served with a pot of chilli jam for dipping.
With limited stock and demand expected to be sky-high, customers are being urged to get down early to try this one-of-a-kind fairground feast.
Fayre Play - which hosts 9 super-competitive fairground games - has also introduced a brand-new student package across its venues. For just £14.95pp, students can enjoy all nine nostalgic games, twice over plus any drink – including the venue’s iconic sweet-topped cocktails and mocktails.
Craig Neilson, co-founder of Fayre Play, said: “The Big Dipper is all about having fun with food – it’s outrageous, it looks wild, but most importantly, it tastes incredible. We wanted to bring something different to the fairground experience, and this burger is a real showstopper.”
The Big Dipper will be available exclusively at Fayre Play Glasgow until 12th October, subject to availability.
