About 8 Week Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Course
This is a complete antenatal programme incorporating specialist prenatal yoga, breathing techniques, hypnobirthing and relaxation - all the essentials you need to stay fit and agile, ease pregnancy niggles, sleep better and to experience a magical pregnancy and calm and confident birth!
The course includes a 1 hr private birth planning strategy session (in addition to the 6x90 mins classes) with Doula & Birth Educator Alice Blazy-Winning to ensure you’re on track for your best birth!
Plus you'll also receive access to the Pregnancy & Birth Toolkit - a wealth of digital resources including 6x1hr on-demand pregnancy yoga classes, breathing practices, guided meditations and so much more!
Class suitable from your 12 week dating scan.
