About Active8 Glasgow
The Active8 Glasgow online program is a new FREE project that aims to improve the physical and mental health for residents of Summerston and the surrounding areas through the use of online physical activity sessions while ensuring we keep the focus on FUN!
What’s included:
• 8 weekly family activity sessions delivered online by your own activity instructor at a time suited to you. All sessions will be personalised to your family.
• 4 family drop-in sessions offering you the chance to meet other families on the program and participate as part of the family activity group sessions.
• All participants will receive wellbeing and health guidance supported by nutritional advice.
• There are a limited number of 20 spaces available on this program.
We believe that there is an activity for everyone out there.

*This program is also available to individual adults over the age of 18.
*All activity trainers are fully qualified and sessions will be tailored to the needs, wants and capabilities of each family.
