Anna will guide you in constructive rest and help reawaken the aspects of your body and eyesight that are dulled by prolonged screen time. This will involve working with eyes, body and breath to encourage a sense of dynamic relaxation.

Anna Bambridge as been teaching Natural Vision Education for 15 years and is a student of Body-Mind Centring with Embody-Move.
