Kundalini yoga awakens our inner creativity by releasing our fears and self-doubts that hold us back, opening us up to infinite possibilities and authentic expression. Curious to explore your true nature? Expect a blend of breathwork, movement, mantra and meditation harnessing the energies of the 2nd and 5th Chakras.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
