About Sunday Morning Me-time Yoga Sanctuary
A moment of luxury at Townhouse Five- One Devonshire Gardens, provides a beautiful, unique and calming backdrop for a creative guided vinyasa flow yoga practice with Scarlett, founder of we.yoga, where the focus is on you.
The session is designed to improve strength, alignment and flexibility, focus the mind but more importantly, leave you feeling refreshed and rebalanced. Expect to move through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, as well as exploring some peak poses ending with a well deserved savasana and guided meditation to ignite the senses.
9:30- 9:40am Pranayama breathing
9:40- 10:40am Vinyasa Flow yoga practice
10:40- 11:00am Guided meditation + Savasana
11:00- 11:30am Refreshments
