About Soto Zen Meditation Classes
A weekly drop in Soto zen meditation class. If you are coming for the first time, please email us at glasgowzengroup@gmail.com or text us on 07545707751 and we will arrange with you an introduction prior to the class.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
